"Cords of Kindness" 36x48

A friend shared the observation recently that she can tell when I paint from my heart versus painting to please "the people."  So I was challenged to slow down and consider what I wanted to paint based on where my heart has been lately.  This piece is an expression of how much I need kindness (from God and others) to help me to breath and survive this world. Love carries us.
